Here is what you will need:
- Small chicken breasts – how ever many you can fit into your baking pan
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/4 Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips – I use more
- 1/2 cup Mexican style shredded cheese – I use more of this too
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the chicken on a foil lined baking sheet or in a lightly greased baking pan. Slice 3 cuts on top of each chicken breast.
Top each chicken breast evenly with salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
